Amber Wood, Head Coach
She is a graduate of Oakland University, majored in psychology and English.  She was a member of the Albion College Swim Team, Kimball High School Varsity Swim team and the Royal Oak Penguins swim team. Amber was an YPAC and Pleasant Ridge Age Group Coach.  Amber possesses exceptional leadership skills and is a very dynamic coach

Tara Haggerty, Assistant Head Coach
Tara is a graduate of WSU, Physical Therapy. She was a Presidential Scholarship( 4 year) recipient, on Deans List, was a member and Team Captain of the WSU Varsity Swim Team.  Tara was an Academic All - American Swimmer at Wayne State University. At Ferndale High School she was a member of the Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa award recipient, a four year member of the Varsity Swim Team and Team Captain. Tara coached Huntington Woods Swim team, Pleasant Ridge Synchronized Swimming and has been an age group coach for YPAC the past 2 years.

Colleen Rose, Pre-Team Coach
Colleen has been an Age Group Coach for YPAC since 2001.  She swam for Pleasant Ridge Swim Club, YPAC and Ferndale High School. She has coached the Ferndale High School boy’s team and the Kimball High School Girls team.  She taught swimming in the Royal Oak Swim Program.  Colleen is currently the Head Coach for the Pleasant Ridge Piranhas Colleen does an exceptional job of inspiring swimmers and helping them to develop a love of swimming.

Ashley Eilers
Ashley swam four years at Livonia Stevenson High School where she was named captain her senior year.  Ashley continued her education and swimming at Wayne State University where she swam for 3 years. Ashley has coached at CB (Compton Buckingham) swim club in Livonia for the past 3 summers, the first summer being the assistant coach, and the next 2 being the head coach. Also, this past winter she was an assistant coach for LCSC (Livonia Community Swim Club).

Gary Kenez
Gary is making his debut onto the coaching scene this 2007-2008 swim season.  Gary graduated from U of D Mercy this past spring.  Gary was a four year member of the U of D Varsity Swim Team.  He was a member of the Village Swim Team as well as the Pleasant Ridge Swim Team.

Eric Heim
Eric has been involved in swimming for the past 10 years.  He has coached various club teams, as well as swimming lessons at Ferndale High, Berkley High and Warren Mott High.  He was the head coach of the varsity swim team at Warren Mott for 3 years. From there he coached the U.S.A. Junior Olympics in Australia, as well as Hawaii the following year.
