| New and Improved Holiday Market Gift Card Program! | The new program will make it easier to participate in the program and provides additional benefits to YPAC!!!
New features of the program:
- Gift cards will be purchased at Holiday Market (and will not need to be pre-purchased from a YPAC representative.) This card will remain your Holiday gift card, much like an individual credit card.
- To purchase a gift card simply go to the service desk, identify YPAC (YMCA) as the organization, and tell the clerk how much money you would like placed on the card. You may place/add money to your card with cash, check, or credit card.
- You may add money to the gift card at any time at the service desk or at the cash register prior to purchase, i.e. tell the cashier at the register prior to ringing up your purchases that you want to add money to your gift card.
- At the end of the month Holiday Market will receive a report on the amount of purchases by YPAC, using the assigned number on the card. They will mail a check for 5% of that amount to the YMCA to be credited to YPAC.
- Gift cards can be utilized for most purchases at Holiday Market, including groceries, liquor, cooking classes, catering, etc. Postage stamps and lottery tickets are specific exclusions.
- You do NOT have to belong to YPAC to use this program. Friends, neighbors, relatives, etc may purchase gift cards for use at Holiday Market utilizing the same procedures.
At the end of the month the 5% benefit will be forwarded to YPAC.
- Cards with money amounts remaining on them after purchases should be treated just like cash. If lost, unfortunately, the remaining amount cannot be replaced. For example, if $20 remains on the card when lost it will be like losing a $20 bill.
- The program is effective immediately.
Previous feature no longer available:
- The current program returns one half, or 2½%, to the purchaser to reduce the registration fee. This feature will not be able to be retained. The Holiday Market gift card program, and all YPAC fundraising activities, is utilized to reduce registration fees, or prevent fee increases, for all swimmers. So, the entire team benefits.

YPAC SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Solicitation of corporate sponsors for YPAC has been very successful thus far. However, more sponsorship would be welcomed and appreciated. In order to meet printing deadlines for t-shirts, programs, etc., sponsorships will need to be finalized by Monday, Oct 8th.
